Q: How fast do you ship my order?
Once we received your confirmation Artwork and full payment, we’ll start rushing with your order and ship out within 5-14 working days(Exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday). Orders without any printing, goods will be ready for collection from our office or dispatch out the next working day.
Q: Is my product ordered will be ready & delivery exactly on time schedule stated?
Although the products we displayed are currently all in stock and ready for imprint logo. However, some product ready stocks are limited and need some time to restock. For delivery schedule, the time frame shown is for your knowledge only. Actual delivery will differ due to time zone, weather and technical issue. Q: How do you calculate the shipping rate and delivery time?
For FedEx, we use their official system to rate our shipping cost & delivery time. Relax and be safe as FedEx is one of the largest courier company that delivery goods internationally.
Q: I made a typo error or submitted the wrong shipping address. Can i change?
In order to provide fast shipping, we usually ship order within 1-2 working days right after imprint logo has complete with your ordered. If typo error/wrong shipping address is submitted, please contact us a.s.a.p. and let us know your correct and complete shipping address. However, we cannot guarantee anything. If we haven't ship your order, we still can edit your shipping address. But if we already shipped your order, it's too late and we cannot do anything by then.
Q: I am overseas user, why an error message come out when calculate the shipping fees? I have confirmed my address and poscode is correct.
1. Although FedEx using realtime calculation on every product. However, if the product quantity you order end up more than 68kg, FedEx realtime will not continue its calculation. For this case, please contact our support@giftstalk.com.
